I believe deeply in people’s capacity to heal, grow, and find the clarity they’re searching for. I understand that even the strongest among us need support at times, and my role is to walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect and help you access your own strengths, wisdom, and resilience. My approach is collaborative and grounded in emotional safety, offering space to explore your experiences without judgment.
Before beginning my master’s training, I spent many years working as an elementary school counsellor. I loved supporting children, families, and school communities through both everyday challenges and significant emotional moments. That work inspired me to move into private practice, where I can support people more holistically and work with a wider range of ages and life circumstances. Creating a space for healing across the lifespan is truly meaningful to me.
I strive to practice with cultural sensitivity and humility, recognizing that each person’s identity, background, and lived experience shape their story. I am committed to ongoing learning, self-reflection, and creating a space where all clients feel seen, valued, and respected. I consider it a privilege to support individuals on their journey toward greater well-being, connection and self-understanding, and to witness the courage it takes to seek change.
