Melanie Plett (she/her) B.A. (Criminology) M.A.C.P. (Candidate) Counselling Clinician Hi, I’m Melanie. I hold a B.A. in Criminology from the University of Manitoba and a MACP from Yorkville University, and I’m a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I am a compassionate, client-centred therapist who creates a safe space for people to explore their stories and discover new ways forward. My practice draws on Narrative Therapy and Existential Therapy, and I am passionate about supporting diverse populations, honouring their identities and personal journeys. I take a warm, collaborative approach, believing you are the expert in your own life. Together, we work to uncover strengths, make sense of experiences, and shape the next chapters of your life with meaning and hope. Outside the therapy room, I continue to learn in areas such as Indigenous mental health, resilience, and creative mind-body-spirit practices.
