I’m a registered social worker with a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work. I have 13 years of experience working closley with children, youth and families, who have experienced various challenges. My specialization lies with those who have experienced trauma, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, parenting struggles and those in need of crisis intervention.
I emphasize on client-focused and solution-focused approaches. I believe in empowering individuals to navigate their challenges, develop coping skills, and achieve their goals through a therapeutic relationship. In my approach, I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and validated. I incorporate strength based techniques and trauma informed care, to guide individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth, helping them to realize their potential and lead fulfilling lives.
