Patricia (Patty) Audette

Hello my name is Patty. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba, a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and I am a professional member of the CCPA. I work with adolescent, youth, young adult, and adult clients. My areas of experience and interest include; life-changes, grief/loss, relationship development, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and Autism.

I value the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship that encompasses empathy, trust, and respect. I hold hope for people when they struggle, and seek to understand an individual’s experience, culture, and worldview.

Through a trauma-informed lens, I utilize a person-centred and strength-based perspective – while appreciating how essential it is to draw from other modalities to walk alongside each unique individual.
