I have been practicing social work since 2013. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology from the University of Manitoba. I also have a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Manitoba and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Dalhousie University.

I have been working with children, youth and families since 2011 and have worked with many different populations within Canada. I have experience working individuals and families experiencing grief/loss, conflict and mental illness. I practice a client-centered approach while widening the lens to include family and community. I like focus on relationships including an individual’s relationship with themselves.

My therapeutic relationship with my clients is based on mutual trust and respect while we work towards client-determined goals at a pace that is client led and counsellor supported.
